  Colleen was fantastic. She's a keeper. She loves her job and it shows. She deserves a raise. I was in and out with no appointment in just 20 minutes.

  Not sure why there’s bad reviews for this place? Very fast check in process. Very Clean place! Modern and convenient location. Kay was fantastic! Didn’t feel like I had any blood drawn let alone 4 tubes. I didn’t get the other person’s name that assisted me but everybody had smiles on their faces and were very friendly! My appointment was at 8 am… they got me in as soon as I sat down! Don’t believe the bad reviews !

  There are some pretty incompetent humans working at this establishment. The process of "checking in" is extremely seamless. But, the facility itself doesnt do a wide range of the services Quest Labs says it provides online, and the employees are very quick to just refer you to a business called "Concentra Urgent Care" down the street. As you get there, those humans sigh and tell you the Quest Lab employees keep doing this... Additionally, the Concentra people cant do it because although they work hand-in-hand together (the two companies) they still aren't the same, so if forms already have Quest Labs on it, it must be Quest Labs that does it. Thankfully I didnt waste too much time waiting in either of these two waiting rooms, but the one star represents the principle of the matter: these two companies need to speak to each other and be on the same page. Comes off as just sheer laziness to me.

  No matter what I always pass out or come close to it when getting blood drawn. Tiffany was an absolute dream. She reassured me and made me comfortable. She didn't rush me out. She heard me and was very careful with me. I am always so nervous because I pass out but she made this as easy as possible for me. So grateful 🙏
