- CGColin GrosvenorJun 23, 20231.0EDIT: They responded to my complaint by telling me to reach out, and have not responded in any way. I tried email, online forms, and calling. They do not care and are just putting on a face. Please do not go here. The Phlebotomists are a big issue (those who are responsible for putting the needle in you). There seems to be about a 50% turn-over rate for Phlebotomists every 6 months. Some who stay are amazing, some are not that great. This causes a major issue, when you get an inexperienced person putting a needle in your arm there are MANY things that could go wrong. You can get hematomas, you can get massive busies, you can get your vein ruptured (which causes more than a few discomforts), and so on. And if it was only a matter of inexperience, I would not mind it too much as that is understandable. BUT where a problem really occurs is when someone is inexperienced and does not listen to requests or concerns. Having someone have the power to put a needle in your arm and that person not listen to you and do what they want is scary. The money is ok, but your health and safety are more important. I wish all the staff was to the caliber of some of the top few, but sadly they are not and it’s scary and dangerous.

- KEKatra EspinoJun 21, 20184.0The staff is friendly And after while you get to know them. The donation process can take awhile though so expect to be there for a few hours. I got a few incidents at this location with bruising and other stuff, but overall those issues were taken care of.
