  Very positive. There are a number of keys but communication, keeping the patient informed and explaining as you go, are essential and happens here. Personality and sense of humor a big plus on top of knowing what you are doing. Again, all found here at Downtown Dental.

  The staff is so pleasant and Jolena who worked on me was wonderful. Dr. B was also really nice and explained everything so I understood. Very handsome too lol. I have already decided to establish them as my regular dentist. I already have 2 appointments set for the future. I highly recommend them if you’re in flagstaff and need a dentist

  The staff was very welcoming which meant a lot as I have extreme trauma from dentists. They didn’t do anything I wasn’t comfortable with and they only did what I asked them to do. They gave me advice to come back and do a full work up but didn’t push anything I didn’t want
