  Big talk on the judgment free zone. I believe them. Filled with people struggling with fitness, but that's who needs it. The showers need a hook or rack for your stuff so it doesn't get wet. Friendly staff. The day pass is easy. Download the app first and they'll get you in free.

  This was our first time visiting PF in Flagstaff. We are from another state. We love using the black card to enable a familiar work out even out of town. We enjoyed the environment and opportunity.

  Friendly staff, but there was trash on the shower floors, no shelves of metal bars to put your soaps on, and worst of all, the shower drain was totally clogged. It backed up and got nasty, filthy shower water all over my feet and shampoo bottle. Come on guys….

  Update! A month after I cancelled mine and my minor child's memberships because we are moving overseas, they charged me again. (So in total have been charged twice since cancelling) $120 this time. I called the gym and they said I never cancelled. They demanded a signature from my minor child, which is illegal. A minor cannot enter into this type of contract. The contract was with me, and I did cancel, in person. I have the confirmation emails to prove it. The staff even mocked me on the phone, kept repeating "prove it." The audacity is astounding. The last time they charged me after I cancelled I had to put a stop payment on them, but what they do is they change their merchant id so they can charge you fraudulantly again. So when you give them your bank/debit card info, they have it for life and can charge you anytime, any amount they want and a stop payment or cancellation will not stop them. I'm overseas and had to file another fraud claim, charge reversal, stop payment, close my bank account and get a new debit card sent. Since this was my main account I have to do damage control with everything tied to it, and my funds are in limbo. While in a foreign country. Right before Christmas. If I didn't have the forethought to have another account on hand for emergencies we would be in a really bad situation over this. There's obviously a reason why there's a big lawsuit against this company. Just google it to see this is a large scale pattern and basically their business model. Don't go there, it's not worth the unending nightmare. SUPER SCAMMY!! *google this company- there is a class action lawsuit against them!!* The manager refuses to come out and talk after I was told to come in and talk to him at a certain time. They said my bank info was expired (it wasn't) and charged me a late fee. They said they would waive it, but they didn't. Then they charged me *after* I cancelled! Synopsis: I gave them my bank info twice, same info, no changes. Got charged nearly $100 for 2 monthly memberships for one month, not including the yearly fee. Manager refuses to even speak to me. Disputed with my bank and got the charges reversed because this place is a SCAM!

  It's ok. Fairly clean depending on what day you go, which varies. Employees are nice enough. It's just that the location sucks. I mean, some days if you get there really early and the mall is closed, you can find a good spot. Once the mall is open, you might be walking forever and you really don't want to come back and find people walking around where you are parked screaming at each other. Some days it feels safe, others it doesn't. Which makes us hesitant to go. Not our normal PF, we spent some time camping in the area before heading back home.
