- SESummer EBSep 16, 20253.0Everyone we worked with was kind and helpful during a very difficult time, but I think the process could be more organized. When families are grieving, it’s hard to remember every detail that was discussed. A simple checklist or handout of what needs to be done would have helped us avoid missing small but important details, like providing a photo for the guestbook. My brother's burial was at Camp Navajo, and we were told that they would handle everything for the burial because they were strict. There was never mention about needing pallbearers, even after we turned in the program information where pallbearers are usually acknowledged. On the day of the burial, we were caught off guard when pallbearers were suddenly required. While the funeral turned out well overall, having a clear checklist would make the process much smoother and helpful for grieving families. It might also help if they offered a sheet for preferred contacts or resources that they've worked with. For things like radio announcements and honor riders for military members. Just a suggestion.

- AEAlek EvansOct 14, 20201.0We didn't have a pleasant time with this mortuary, we first arrived to the mortuary with the slideshow and we gave it to the man who looked like he was the one who was in charge and said "here is the slideshow for (our family member that passed away)." And he simply replied with "An hour ago." Note that we were never given a specific time to be there to get everything set up, and we had called 3 times to try and confirm times. Afterwards, we said that it was supposed to be on repeat. They acknowledged and proceeded to let it end and sit at a black screen for 5 minutes. I'm disappointed in how insincere they are with family members grieving in these hard times.

Both times I have found them to be very respectful and responsive to the needs of my family and myself. Both times they did a very good job In preparing our loved ones for viewing. They made no effort to pressure us into purchasing services or products that we neither needed or wanted. I highly recommend the services of this Mortuary to anyone who is dealing with the loss of a loved one
