She had medical complications and Dr. Downs personally came in to see her every day after the procedure in her recovery room and came in to the ER during the middle of the night multiple days in a row (and from the middle of his New Year's Day dinner) when more complications presented. I would recommend him to ANYONE who needs an ENT doctor.
