- CYc yOct 26, 20201.0My 10 year old daughter had an appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early and we waited in the waiting room for an hour. While we waited my daughter fell asleep. They finally called us back and we waited again for 45 minutes!! I will not be coming back here. When I called the receptionist Katie was very rude! I asked questions regarding the appointment and she sound annoyed and put me on hold.. while I waited she hung up on me. I gave it a few minutes and I called back. She said she was going to transfer me the the Medical assistant Judy who is also very rude.
