We had an outstanding experience yesterday with the whole team, but especially Stephanie and Madison, who truly went out of their way for us by staying open after hours so we didn’t have to drive back from Sedona another day to finish selecting our glasses. We highly recommend this location, they have a wide variety of brands, and we will gladly drive back to Flagstaff for the service at this branch the next time we need eye care or new glasses. Thank you again, ladies, for your patience and for not making us feel rushed ❣️🙏

was told by the manager that they couldn’t give me my pupillary distance (PD) measurement because it was a “liability issue.” That is false. Under the federal FTC Eyeglass Rule, eye care providers are required to give you your full eyeglass prescription after an exam, and they cannot condition that on buying glasses from them. You are legally entitled to your prescription and any measurements they used to dispense lenses. PD is a non-medical fitting measurement, not a regulated medical liability item. Refusing to provide it to force in-store sales is a business policy, not a legal requirement. Their explanation was misleading and clearly intended to protect their retail sales rather than comply with basic consumer rights. Consumers: PD should be provided on request along with your prescription. If a provider claims it’s a “liability” issue, that is incorrect information.

The lovely employee who helped me, Ella, made it super easy to get my first ever pair of prescription sunglasses. 10/10 experience.

Stephanie is an absolute treasure and true professional. She helped me find a set of glasses that fit me, all while helping at least two other employees when they had technical or technological issues. Also she spend a good 45 min trying to find any way to get a set of lenses for my favorite sunglasses. Although it wasn’t meant to be I will now just find a new pair of sunglasses that will work and I will be buying them here no matter what. Thank you Stephanie! Also Dr. Fischman was great. It was her first day and I never would have known if she hadn’t been super friendly and honest. Even the front desk helped with all my insurance questions and preliminary exam. Go support these people and the work they do. They obviously care

Excellent service and lovely staff. My husband and I are traveling and my sunnies lost a screw. Len Crafter’s were amazing and were able to fix it on the spot. Highly recommend, very professional.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
