  I highly recommend Club Pilates! I added pilates to my routine a little over a year ago and my mobility, strength and balance have all improved immensely. In addition pilates really develops your core and hip mobility. As a competitive masters athlete I can attest that ALL cyclists and runners should do pilates as our sports are so limited in range of motion. Without pilates we get stiff and also weak in many muscles.

  I am a person that works closely with youth in a shelter for youth that are experiencing homelessness and adversity. I was told when I signed up that I would receive the "teacher" discount. This was honored for the first 2 months and then kept being charged the full amount. I was refunded once for the overcharge but never saw the refund for the second or third charge. In addition, when I went to cancel, I submitted the cancelation form twice and received no confirmation of my cancelation. Upon asking for confirmation of cancelation I was told I needed to submit another cancelation form. The staff that work the desk are great, kind, and overall amazing. The management SUCKS!

  I’ve never been a workout person—like, at all. Ever. So the fact that I’ve done 70 classes? Wild. This place is the first thing that’s actually made me want to move my body on purpose. I feel stronger, healthier, and weirdly proud of myself. As a working mom, I love that there are tons of class times to fit my chaos. The instructors are awesome, the vibe is friendly, and every class is a good kind of butt-kicking. I genuinely look forward to it, which is so weird (and wonderful) to me. 10/10, would recommend. 💪🏼

  I did the 11:00 today 7/23 And it was definitely the worst reformer class I’ve ever taken. Sad bc I was really excited for a reformer studio in flagstaff finally!!

  I love this place! Not only do I feel great but they're awesome for working with me😁 Thank you Amanda! Now I can continue with pilates and I don't have to cancel my memebership. 😁
