  I have had bad hearing for years but I never addressed it because of the claustrophobic feelings I would encounter when put in the old fashioned sound proof box like room to be tested. I finally took the leap and went to Todd at the great American hearing company. What a life changing visit that was! Todd was patient, thorough, and explained how much my hearing was off, and he suggested the perfect hearing aids for my situation. It's now one year later and I am amazed of how much I can hear now. Music, birds, conversations, etc. I never realized how much I was missing or how isolated I was. The whole process was so much easier than I expected. Todd continues to adjust my hearing aids, making things better than I can ever imagine. It's a journey, and you need to understand it takes time to get to that sweet spot of hearing, but the results are astonishing! I highly recommend Todd and when you're ready to change your life, there's no better person to get you there.

  Wonderful people and very helpful. Todd explains how your hearing works and how it doesn't in a way that's easy to understand. These are the people you need if you have any type of hearing issue or concern. I have recommended them to everyone that says "what" to me. You don't know what you've been missing until you hear it again.

  Oh my! It has been 5 months since my husband received his hearing aids. Time flies quickly when your husband can hear again! It's about time I finally write a review. My husband has profound hearing loss. This is the 3rd time we have purchased hearing aids over a 30 year period. We knew he would never have perfect hearing, but 3rd time is the charm. His new aids are wonderful & he hears better than ever. Technology has sure improved over the years, which helps. Our experience with Todd was so positive. Buying hearing aids is a stressful experience, however this man has a passion for helping people with hearing loss and he made a big difference. He explained things we had never understood previously. He listened and he spent quality time with us. We never felt rushed. He has expert knowledge that surpasses the previous experiences we had. Oh my goodness, we learned so much during the whole process! Thank you Todd for giving my husband better hearing than we expected! -The Baxters-

  You are in good hands with Todd Faasse, the owner of The Great American Hearing Aid Company. My Mom's hearing aid specialist is no longer and business so we had to find another hearing aid specialist in Cottonwood and we luck out by going to The Great American Hearing Aid Company. Todd was able to repair my mom's old hearing aids for her to use until she has some procedures done to her ears by a medical doctor in 5 weeks. Once that is behind her, Todd will fit her with a new set of hearing airs. I was amazed about the low price he quoted us for the top of the line hearing aids. He took his time to explain everything with my 94 year old mother and we both felt that he really cared about his patients. I would definitely recommend his services. Greg N

  Yesterday I witnessed something that was so awesome and life renewing Todd of The Great American Hearing Aid Co gave our friend a wonderful gift of hearing aids. This man who lost much of his hearing do to infections has struggle to hear and participate in our bible studies and it has been heartbreaking to see how much he misses. But today after Todd put in the hearing aids he could hear complete conversations clearly and could study the Word of God in clarity! Thank you from all of us to Todd and his Great American Hearing Aid company for this wonderful gift. And if you know anyone who would like to donate hearing aids or funds to purchase hearing aids to those in need please consider giving them to this company. Todd truly devotes his life trying to help as many people as possible and to save them as much as possible. Tears of joy are brought to people every day and God is honored in this.
