Pharmacies are often a negative experience across the board. This location and their staff made the entire experience less stressful. They were accommodating, non-judgemental, and actually KIND! 100000/10 stars! 🤩

I had a terrible experience with Stacy and Laura who initially states that our prescriptions are not there with a rude tone when I called my doctor in front of them and the doctor said they were ready for some reason they were being super rude and withholding my prescriptions from me idk how these people are still employed

Stacy has a very poor and bad attitude has given me and multiple family’s members poor customer service and very rude Called about a prescription and Laura answered the phone very rude very short I keep getting text messages that I have a prescription ready I call and nothing on file When I would go the same day to get my prescription after I was notified that it’s ready they apparently didn’t have it and I would have to come back 2 days later or a week later and they still didn’t have it one day I stood my ground and told them that I needed it and they went and checked the back and magically I had 3 months worth of my prescriptions sitting in the back that apparently were never there Poor customer service and should probably have different training or find people who actually want to do their job

I went to pick up a very much needed heart prescription today ( Saturday) at 1:30 pm. They were closed, all windows shuttered. I moved my prescription business to them because they are open on Saturdays!!!! I am extremely upset by this.
