- MSMary Smarz2 days ago5.0I have had bad hearing for years but I never addressed it because of the claustrophobic feelings I would encounter when put in the old fashioned sound proof box like room to be tested. I finally took the leap and went to Todd at the great American hearing company. What a life changing visit that was! Todd was patient, thorough, and explained how much my hearing was off, and he suggested the perfect hearing aids for my situation. It's now one year later and I am amazed of how much I can hear now. Music, birds, conversations, etc. I never realized how much I was missing or how isolated I was. The whole process was so much easier than I expected. Todd continues to adjust my hearing aids, making things better than I can ever imagine. It's a journey, and you need to understand it takes time to get to that sweet spot of hearing, but the results are astonishing! I highly recommend Todd and when you're ready to change your life, there's no better person to get you there.
