There is a pharmacy staff shortage in the Verde Valley and therefore occasional delays or long waits. I recommend using auto refill if possible--it makes refill times so much faster.

My dr mistakenly called my prescription into Frys, its been 3 days since my appointment, still can't get my medication. Fry's has always been horrible but with Covid, they've just given up. Funny that Safeway is still running smoothly, though?
