Contacted GoodRx & Safeway headquarters about it. GoodRx took action. NEVER heard from Safeway headquarters. How many others has this clerk(s) RIPPED OFF??? Hmmmm??? ********** UPDATE REVIEW... Safeway has a much better Pharmacy Staff than from a year ago. Customer service should always be in a professional courteous manner even though I know they cross paths with some mean evil customers too. So Im giving 5 stars!!!

My dad who has stage four Hodgkinson lymphoma and just got home from intense chemotherapy had called about his pain meds that he needs and they won’t have them with any information on when they could get them in, where we could go to get them sooner, or any helpful information plus the worst customer service. Thanks for making an already difficult situation more frustrating.
