If he can't he goes above and beyond calling other pharmacies to get them filled, and when I screw up and send one to the wrong pharmacy or ask for the wrong prescriptions to be filled he gets it corrected and turned around. All that and he does it with a smile on his face even when I'm exhausted. Peter is just as attentive. He answers all my questions and concerns, even if it's something as simple as to what my work best at the time or over the counter. Just an all around great team. I never used to go to Safeway, but now that I do I appreciate the real customer service that I get every time.

The lady I dealt with was down right rude, quoted wrong information about my medicine, then realized I was right and was rude about it. Then put me on hold for 7 minutes and hung up on me.
