Despite having a significant credit on the account, everytime we call we are refused service because we currently have a secondary insurance that they are not contracted with. The primary insurance pays at 100%z Their notes on the account don’t match what they tell us. If you notice in their responses to other negative reviews they have violated HIPAA by posting about medical results for customers. Amber the office manager is rude and condescending. Zero customer service skills. Told me the owner would call me back and then when i followed up, she admitted that she hadn’t passed along the message.
New to OSA treatment but recently got a F&K mask. It's working well except reddening surrounding nose area. Called around for mask liners and spoke to someone at this Company. Turned out it was the owner.
Bought mask liners and I thought since they were fitted for my New Mask it would be straightforward and easy. First night AHI went UP not down and more leaks than without the liner. Second day I watched the liner Company videos repeatedly and put on Mask with the liner same.resullt . Instead of 2.6 AHI without liners it went. To 21.6 WITH.
I called this Company and let them know since I bought the liners 2 days ago.
If you listen to their recorded message while waiting for.them to pick up your call they would have you believe they believe in exceptional Customer Service and " don't want.to be the Biggest just the best" . Really? They basically asked me what I wanted them to do is for me to bring back the unused liners and give me back my money or store credit. Nope , it's basically my fault the liners made my usage of the mask worse and keep trying although I followed the Manufacturer instructions exactly after watching their video.
This Company is promoting how much Customer Service means to their Business Culture but it's just their words not true at all.. Thank God I got my Mask at the Mayo Ciinic Store in Scottsdale, they gave me 30 days to try out my New CPAP Mask and exchange it for another one, and the masks are hundreds of dollars, the liners only $30.
Thankfully I got away cheap and found out their true lack of Customer Service before spending a lot of money on any other products I may need in the future.
I should have just ordered online I could have just sent them back .
No wonder many businesses are suffering due to better pricing( AND SERVICE) you can get by buying Online.
Lesson learned . Never doing business with this Company again.

I had a great experience! Kathy took her time and explained everything in depth with regards to my new cpap. Was not rushed at all!!! Gave a lot of pointers. Amber too she helped make my appointment, took her time helping me. She handled getting me set up with the app on my phone. Hard to read any actual bad experience as the entire staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

The staff helped with identifying the walker-tyoes that best fit my need-criterias of weight and how easy to load/unload as I could only rely on one arm. Then allowed lots of time to try the different models. They also have site support for regular maintenance and repair.

This company claims to be the best in its field . The only this they are good at it telling lies . They have the worst customer service . They sell by bullying the customer into buying supplies you don’t need and charging more for supplies then your insurance allows . Are rude on the phone when you have a question . Don’t deal with progressive !
