  Taylor was always kind to my Mother. She was always prompt and even arranged her schedule to accommodate ours. She was always nice to me and had kind words and was willing to accompany me to the doctors with Mom to help her. My Mother loves Taylor and misses her greatly.

  I live out of state and I worked with Courtney to set up overnight care for my Aunt during her transition from Independent to Assisted Living. The process was extremely easy and I was able to complete everything online. Courtney met with my Aunt and was able to provide overnight services on the same day as my request. She assigned the same caregiver each night so my Aunt got to know her. Lanora was a perfect match for us and was amazing! She arrived early and was very kind and patient with my Aunt who suffers from dementia. Lanora got to know my Aunt and our family and made sure that all of our needs were met. She didn't hesitate to offer assistance packing up for the move to assisted living. It was such a relief to arrive to a packed up kitchen the morning of our move! I can confidently recommend Courtney and Lanora from Homewatch CareGivers of Chandler-Sun Lakes.

  Courtney and Josh are a husband and wife team who pour their hearts into this business. What's remarkable is that Courtney actually left a secure corporate career to pursue this work because she believes so strongly in making a difference in people's lives. Both of them have huge hearts and a genuine desire to help others - it's simply who they are at their core. What makes their approach to HomeWatch so special is that when you hire them, you're not getting some faceless company from the internet. You're getting your neighbors who care with every bit of their being and truly want to do an exceptional job. They're incredibly hardworking, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond for others. The way they support each other as partners creates a warm, compassionate environment that is evident in how they treat their clients. They consistently put the needs of others before their own convenience and approach their work with both professionalism and heart.   We had 3 different in home care companies care for my dad over the last couple of years. To say that they were horrible is an understatement. Missed appointments, leaving my dad alone with no care, caregivers quitting over and over, lack of communication. We've been beyond blessed to have finally found Courtney and Homewatch Caregivers!!! She was so quick to come out and help us set up a care plan for my dad. Courtney is patient and kind, and the caregivers that help my dad are so wonderful. Great communication, kind, and it's so nice to know that my dad is taken care of and in good hands when I can't be there!
