I asked for tinted lens and they sent me some transitions that do not even work outside. Then I ordered again, confirming with multiple people that I would be getting tinted lenses, not transitions. They again sent me transitions. I went back again and they told me I need a prescription to get tinted lenses. Called my doctor and that’s another lie. I go back again. Now they don’t do tinted lenses at all, they just spent a month gaslighting me. I decide to return them and just get sunglasses. Now suddenly there’s a rule that I have to return my old pair first before I can get a new pair which never existed when I ordered them the second time. I ended up just ordering over the phone, the people at this location are dishonest and unaware.
