StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Chandler North offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I try to be active but its hard-particularly in the summer. But Adam and the team at Stretch Lab have kept me going. I feel more limber and in less pain [all the getting older aches and pains]. It's one of the best investments in my life. On top of the effectiveness- they're really nice people! Caring, respectful, kind, and great in the "customer service" realm. (which is, sadly, quite rare these days). I highly recommend them, without hesitancy! Oh, Adam is seriously next level, but everyone there is great!

They care to help and they know how to reduce the laziness making us better. Try them you will see the benefits of doing so.
