If he can't he goes above and beyond calling other pharmacies to get them filled, and when I screw up and send one to the wrong pharmacy or ask for the wrong prescriptions to be filled he gets it corrected and turned around. All that and he does it with a smile on his face even when I'm exhausted. Peter is just as attentive. He answers all my questions and concerns, even if it's something as simple as to what my work best at the time or over the counter. Just an all around great team. I never used to go to Safeway, but now that I do I appreciate the real customer service that I get every time.
- BHBill HansenMar 11, 20201.0Overall the staff is very good and helpful and knowledgeable. The medication text program to notify you of a medication to be refilled is HIGHLY FLAWED. I take many meds and did not realize I wasn't getting a drug I take daily. Thank God it wasn't a life or death drug. I have been having shortness of breath lately and just realized I was missing a medication that if not taking, causes shortness of breath. Here I find out their text system went down in November 2019 and a med I take was returned to stock with no text or phone call. Due to that flaw and not picking up the med, the system removed my med from reorder and no text or call has been made since I ran out of the med. I have learned not to depend on a computer, especially Safeway's refill text program. I now have all meds listed on my cell phone to assure I get each medication I take daily.
