My old frames had broken and they helped me pick out a new pair that look even better than the ones I had. They also found me the best deal on my super expensive contacts, which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly, quick, and super helpful—definitely my go-to place from now on!

It then went up to $21.00 and as running the card informed us of a service charge, so $25.00 for a frame adjustment. The lady then told us they are not reliable for the work, I can only assume she meant liable. I have been wearing glasses for 40 years and have never had them have to go in a back room to tweak glasses, and it should not take 10 minutes in a back room. We had gone to another pearl vision here in Albuquerque and the staff was great and did a wonderful job. This one just seemed off and I hate the steady increase in cost once the debit card was in their hands. Not recommend this and will get my glasses elsewhere.

I had a simple eye exam and somehow they tried to charge me for a diabetic work up which I didn't get or need. I explained that to them twice I think they thought I wouldn't notice or that I didn't know what diabetic work up entails. Also I felt really bad for this elderly lady who was in there who clearly needed help and there was no one to help her. The staff didn't feel professional. The guy up front clearly had better things to do. I had better customer service at other places.
