Both the doctor and the eye glass tech were amazing and friendly and actually seemed like they cared. I have so many docs that just want to see you and move on to bill the insurance but not here. They even brought me back into the exam room after my exam while I was looking at frames for another test to help find the best lenses for me. Fully recommend and will be going back.

Shale Demuth OD was pleasant during the examination and when explaining the results to me. She also gave me tips to follow for dry eyes. Thank you Pearl Vision/Chandler.

They told me my insurance didn’t pay anything and I had to pay out-of-pocket from majority they did exams that I did not agree to and then wanted to charge me when then I had told them I didn’t agree to it I was told while the doctor has to be paid for her services. I told him that it’s not my problem. I did not agree with it. I declined the services in their system. Then the gentleman proceeded to tell me that I had to pay all these extra other fees in which my insurance covered majority, if not all of it I am not happy with them at this time I would like someone from corporate to reach out to me
