I got a new pair of much needed glasses here at this LensCrafters. Edwina helped me. She gave perfect service. So friendly and kind. She patiently waited while I obtained my prescription. Also, my glasses were done in 30 minutes. Thank you, Edwina! I can see clearly now, woohoo!

Reason for Dropping By: Glass Adjustment Serviced by: Liberty Date of Visit: 2/26/26 Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by an approachable optician. Normally, when I go in for an adjustment my experience has always been okay or nothing worthy of writing a review. I expressed my glasses were falling lower on the right side. Liberty handled herself in a polite, friendly, supportive and most accommodating manner. I’m used to opticians who have such a lack-luster and unprofessional response when I’m trying to show them while looking at the mirror such as: “you’re looking down, can you look up, your head is not straight, or your head is tilted, or etc.” Additionally, I shouldn’t have to explain certain medical conditions for opticians to just do the adjustments. Regardless, I did explain briefly why my head is not straight and without any delay, Liberty made a comment about how our ears are not the same level- so it can definitely rest unevenly on my face. I appreciated her comment. She could’ve easily nodded, not say anything and ignore, deflect by saying something else- but she chose to address it with a kind remark without making me feel my head posture was a problem. That made me feel relaxed. She had great client-focus. Even in our small chats- she came off relatable, personable and cheerful. Even when she had me consider glasses from Oakley, I didn’t feel pressured to consider it. Most of all, after the adjustments made- my glasses are sitting perfectly on my face. Initially, my husband didn't notice it but afterwards he could tell and stated this does fit well on my face. If he can notice it right away whether or not my face is slightly tilted to one side or not and it looks straight on me- that's a job well done. Regardless, I had such a pleasant experience that I was inspired to write a review. Liberty you made my experience delightful. Thank you!

Brainard was awesome and very personable. He was patient and explored all options as we changed our minds several times during the process.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
