    Terrible experience!! I had my second Covid-19 shot at this Fry's pharmacy and the pharmacist didn't sign my card, went back the next day to have the card signed and was told that it would take 2 hours to take care of it. Went back for the third time and talked to the manager who tried to blame me for the card not getting signed "did I forget my card?" and "why did I not notice it wasn't signed?" Really Susan "sorry for the inconvenience" would have been a more appropriate way to have handled this customer service opportunity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISORGANIZED, DIRTY, RUDE PHARMACY!!

    This Pharmacy is too notch and would recommend this location to everyone! I went to get a vaccination where I somehow got my appointment mixed up. They showed sincere compassion and was able to get me taken care of. The young lady who checked me in was personable, friendly, and helped to make me laugh. I then proceeded to get my vaccine and a gentleman was super friendly and supportive. I told him that I had a phobia of needles and he was able to not only ease my concern, but managed to get the vaccine administered within 30 seconds. To make this even better, I was beginning to feel faint and notified same gentleman and he was able to get me into the consultation room so that I could lie down as well as let the faintness to pass. He stayed with me until I was able to walk out on my own. The staff of this Pharmacy became my heros!

    The pharmacy staff are always quick and helpful. They are never rushed and take care of each customer. Today Grace was very helpful; as she saw a few customers waiting, she opened a register. She also suggested to do a auto refill. That saves me so much time and won’t forget. Thx!

    First time filling my prescription. They texted me that they were ready, I show up and they tell me they didnt fill one and now I have to wait to pick it up separately.
