They force you ino retinal exam by saying it will take 60 minutes to dilate and if you opt out of that, you must sign a third form. The gentlemen at the desk seemed stress but were pleasant. I had the first appointment with a specific doctor. They did all the eye checks now my time with the doctor. Not who I requested and was so rushed I could have done my own eye exam. I will not be returning. This doctor has zero interest in talking to a patient just getting them in and out. My husband had a later appointment with was worse than my experience. Disappointed 😞
