I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience at your practice on Sat 12/13/2025. My goal in providing this feedback is to help you improve the patient experience for others. I was disappointed with the limited inventory of contact lenses available in the office. This made it difficult to find a product that fit my needs and preferences. I was sent home with 5 pairs of contact lenses not enough for 2 weeks. I was informed that they didn’t have it in stock, and basically didn’t care about my situation. They didn’t have any problem taking my money since I paid out of pocket. I encountered a lack of professionalism/courtesy from Stephanie at the front desk. Specifically, when I called about the status of my contact lenses the staff member was dismissive and I felt my concerns were not heard and felt that the staff member was not interested in helping me at all. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient. While the clinical exam was professional, the overall service and product availability did not meet my expectations.

I will only go to this location from now on. The service from beginning to end is phenomenal! I called with an emergency and they were so amazing to squeeze me in to get seen right away. They really have a great team all around that makes you feel so welcomed and like they really care about finding what’s best for you. Even as I was sitting down waiting to be called back, I could see the care and time they took to find patients the exact glasses that they like best. Great customer service is so hard to find lately and so getting to have such a great experience was very much appreciated. Thank you guys!
