I'm not sure what has happened, but there is one lady that answers the phone and is just rude and pissed off every time. I understand they may be understaffed and she doesn't want to answer questions, but I need to call in to check if pharmacies near me carry my medication and dose. Last month I had to send my prescription to 3 different pharmacies because the medication was on backorder and I ended up going 20 min out of my way. When I called them last month, I'm pretty sure it was the same lady, she was so rude when I asked and then put me on hold where the phone ended just ringing non-stop for 15 min. I called in here to check if they are able to get it this month or have it before my appointment to avoid that issue. She answers the phone curtly and checks the medication. Comes back and says, "no we don't have it." I said ok no problem, is it possible to order? She sighs and goes "hold on" and then puts me hold where I get sent to a message answering system asking for an extension number and then repeats over and over there is no one available at this hour. I will never use this pharmacy if I can avoid it

The hold times to talk to a pharmacist are ridiculous. Not sure if they just always operate on a skeleton crew but to hold for over 15 minutes every time, no matter when I call, gets really old.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for a couple of years now and they have never done me wrong. They have always been extremely helpful, understanding, and efficient. I have never had an issue getting a prescription because of them (insurance is another story). They have always done everything possible to make sure I am taken care of. It’s nice to know that the pharmacy part of my healthcare is not going to be a cause of stress for me. It really makes a difference!

It’s extremely customer service oriented. They’re personable people who care. That’s all you can ask for in today’s society.
