- TBTawnya BrownJul 20, 20221.0Called & set an appt to transfer services to this office & Wordeen was supposed to come meet my mom to match the right provider, set appt for 11am no show. Wordeen called at 11:45am (the day of the appt) to confirm if I would make the appt & she said she has had cancellations so she wanted to confirm after the appt time & I advised, if you thought I would cancel, then shouldn’t you have called me before the appt time to confirm. I explained when we made the appt, i told her my mom would be here so this day & time is perfect to meet a transfer client. Then she stated she was with a client so she couldn’t call before 11am & that ran during our appt time so that still does not make sense. My mom had services in flagstaff & we never had this kind of issue. Definitely not professional, if you set an appt, make it. Don’t assume I would cancel & just not show up & if you say you wanted to confirm the appt, then confirm before the appt date & time, not 45 min after the appt. This person needs to take accountability for her mistake and sincerely apologize but she said, ok I guess this is not going to work out. It’s not going to workout because you were wrong. Wow, this is how a client is treated. I really would not have given 1 star but I had to select it.
