  Worst customer service ever!!!! Pam the RECEPTIONIST!!! It’s the Worst!! Won’t help! I would never ever recommend this place because of her!!! Waited for 2 weeks for my son’s appointment then she called to double check insurance and gave me 20 min to call back but I was at work so couldn’t call back right away so she texted me saying that the appointment was canceled even though we waited 2 weeks….forget this place if they have people like that working there I rather not be a patient there ! Furthermore how did you come to the conclusion that my son was a kid???! And no integrity, the lady at the front desk gave me that name, obviously she lied because there’s no Pam, I will be forced to file an official complaint with the Arizona State Board of Dental examiners.

  My husband and I had not been to the dentist for.... lets just say too long! The staff at Harris dental was more than friendly. They went above and beyond to figure out our insurance situation since we were in the middle of switching. Once the switch actually happened, I didn't even know it was active until Tobi Harris called me saying it was ready to go. She remembered we were switching and wanted to give me the rundown on the cost of the services I wanted done. Dr. Cowlin is so personable and outgoing, she makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I have reccomemnded this office to all my friends and will continue to do so!

  I've been to Harris Dental a few times times, and my experiences there have been consistently pleasant; the facility is clean and modern, the dentists and hygenists are knowledgeable and easy to work with, and the the service is reasonably priced. Their front office staff are also efficient and courteous, which is something that can't be taken for granted. Highly recommended.
