We used to fill our family of 4's prescriptions at another pharmacy that starts with a W and ends in S and have had horrible service this year. We were with them for 13 years. Sadly, our Dr's office didn't update one of our profiles, and the script got sent to "W". They then told me they couldn't fill it until Tues/Wed of next week (5-6 days from now) due to inventory/ordering/shipping, etc. I shouldn't have been surprised. I called Osco/Albertsons right away; while they didn't have it in stock, they said they'd have it tomorrow! Not only that, the Pharmacist asked me where it was, and said he would call over there to get it transferred. That "other place" would never have done that, sadly. Thank you OSCO!!!!! You guys are lifesavers, and heroes of the pharmacy industry to me.
