My prescription got “stuck” in their system so they didn’t see it needed to be filled. This month they forgot to order it and now I have to rush to Florence on the last day I can pick it up. They always say they will text when your prescriptions are ready but they don’t text you until after you’ve already picked up your prescription . Inconvenient, unfriendly, awful.
