Located in the medical plaza behind the Sun Life Center for Women and Children, our Casa Grande medical laboratory is just down the street from the Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. Our plaza offers ample parking, including designated handicap spaces.
To meet the lab testing needs of our patients, our Patient Service Centers offers a wide range of medical lab services, including routine blood tests, employer directed drug screens, pediatric tests, and other test types. Schedule an appointment or walk in at the time that’s most convenient for you. Our office remains open during lunch hours. We look forward to serving you!

These people are abysmal with 0 sense of urgency not to mention understaffed. I’ve been to several other places for blood draws and even WITHOUT appointment, they get me in and out 5 min. This place also smells like an animal died in there. Hopefully The other locations aren’t as bad

She acted like we were annoying her. We were the only ones in the lobby and had an appointment. She did much waited 15vmore minutes and just left and went to Lab Corp. The receptionist said hello and how can I help you. We were in and out in 5 minutes. Nevertheless less the receptionist was lazy, not kind, nice or friendly. I would highly recommend lab corp. Everyone at Lap corp was very nice, professional and friendly. I will not go back to Sonora Quest.
