  I will not be returning to this location!! I went in on a Thursday to get some labs done but I had to make an appt for the following day because they didn’t take walk ins, I made an appt for Friday went in and the same lady that made me my appt Thursday said she didn’t have anyone scheduled for that time and that she had a no show at 12:45 and that was it she didn’t seem to want to take me when she’s the one that made me the appt she kept saying that corporate probably deleted my appt. She finally says I guess I can take you since my 12:45 didn’t show up she proceeds to snatch my insurance card and tosses it on the desk when she takes me back she’s rushing through everything and is really rough the whole time. When I leave there I am in the worst pain ever my arm where the needle was is swelling so bad and I can’t even move my arm at all. A day later swelling went down a bit but still in pain. I would suggest the Sonora quest on Salk by Walmart super sweet and nice they also take walk ins. I was told by another female from the other location she tends to be that way and she’s sorry I had to get her on a bad day. The lady that did the labs was an older lady with glasses

  1 employee to do both labs and secretary? You guys also never take phone calls if we have questions. You are closed till December yet you are still taking appointments. 😡😡😡

  Today, Friday the 20th, 2023, I have an appointment with Sonona Quest in this location and it says very clearly open from 6-10am appointment only, my appointment for 6:15 is almost 6:30 and there is no one, I go in front to ask and they tell me Let me wait a little longer because the girl has to be there, now tell me how this site can be rated, I really don't understand.
