Dr. Patel and his entire staff are top notch! I had an appointment that I was very nervous about and they made the visit extremely comfortable. Thank you!

Twice i have been to this office and both interactions with the front desk people were very unprofessional and rude. Both times standing infront of desk and no customer service till 5 minutes later. A simple "I will be with you soon" would have been great but nope. Finally I had to say something.
Went for second appointment...only to find out my referral has expired. So why couldn't they call me prior to my visit to inform me. Ended up traveling there for nothing but rudeness. I did ask my provider for a new referral but decided that I will not be going back. My referral will be placed somewhere else. After reading other reviews...I decided to post . Management definitely needs to do something about this , because from what I read its recurring and is interrupting your business.

I only give 3 stars because Dr.Patel helped me tremendously. However, the front office staff is unhelpful and frankly rude. I arrived for a post op appointment early. Needed to provide updated insurance information and was told they did not accept digital insurance cards. Then was told I should go out of my way to staples to print a copy. Mind you there are printers sitting right behind the front desk. I should drive to staples, buy 1 printed copy and drive back. No thank you. I happily cancelled my appointment. I feel as though the best patient care practice would have been to ask me to send it through email they would have printed it for me. The waiting is awful every appointment and I refuse to leave to print a piece of paper, arrive after my appointment time and be forced to sit and wait longer. Terrible customer service and terrible patient care. Please do better.

Dr. Patel and MA’s have been great working with me. However there are some front staff employees who are rude. Thankfully another employee took care of me because the first lady I went to treated me as if I was an inconvenience. Very rude. Thank you all to the ones who have actually helped me with a smile.

I would not recommend. I have been working with them for the better part of a year and it’s been a headache to have the appointments. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is the treatment itself was fine. There was one day where I was having a procedure done in office and they had me take medication times for my appointment In preparation and while others got there appointments in and out I waited for 2 hours after my appointment to get in. Even though they have been billing my insurance for the better part of the year apparently they can never keep my insurance on file and act like I have never given it to them. What they wrote down for an appointment was not what they actually scheduled and when I got there automated reminder of the appointment on the weekend before the incorrectly scheduled appointment on the Monday (the next day they were open). I left a message with then auto answering. Then when I tried to call them the morning. For over an hour I tried to call dozens of times after they opened but was still going to auto answering voicemail. Then they called me wondering why I didn’t show up to the appointment. When I was able to see the doctor he did seem competent and was willing to answer questions, which is why I didn’t give it a 1 star. But the experience of everything else was mostly sub par.
