Would have given it five stars because of exceptional longtime staff - like Jillian and Erica - but there are a couple "brainless wonders" working there who mess up my prescription and don't know how to apply a discount card EVERY TIME they are involved in my order. I have learned to ask or someone else if they answer the phone and often when they're at the pick-up register, also complained to competent staff and they did what they could but they're not in charge of hiring and scheduling. Despite these challenges, it's the best there is in this small city with limited options. I wish they had longer hours but that's a small trade-off for normally exemplary service and fair prices without insurance. I recommend the Bullhead City Smith's pharmacy above every other option in the area.
