- PPPorcheJun 11, 20242.0I would highly recommend going anywhere else there's nothing wrong with the pharmacist per say but the staff as a whole are lazy they do not follow up with you or inform you when your prescriptions are filled like they're supposed to do either through app or automated phone call even when you sign up if there is an issue with the prescription they don't contact your doctor they make you do it I've never had any experience like this with a pharmacy before not only that when they know that they run out of prescription and that it needs to be ordered and you've already given them the prescription 2 weeks ago and it in the system so you go in two times to pick it up they tell you oh we don't have the item and it's going to take additional days to order prescriptions they also have young people who very incompetent working at cashier and giving misinformation I suggest you go to Costco Walgreens Sam's club Walmart anywhere else but the Fry's pharmacy because they never have your prescription filled on time even if you do get a notification saying it's ready
