We had a faxed RX we were waiting on, and they asked us to check back as it was not there yet. we followed up in about 5 min, and they did receive them and would get to work on them since we were waiting, we got a few grocery items and checked out. By the time we got back they just needed a final Pharmacist review, and we could be on our way. Very fast and friendly service the whole way. Thanks Team, Great work today
- SSShiba Girl 54 “A41,14A” Valley of The SunJan 5, 20261.0Vet called in pet prescription and told the person answering in the pharmacy it was for a PET. The drug is carprofen. The person at the pharmacy says: we can't get that, we can give you ibuprofen instead. Ummmm, no - ibuprofen will KILL a dog, that's why carprofen was ordered. If you work in a pharmacy, DON'T GUESS. Ask the caller or the pharmacist in case the owner isn't aware and takes the recommendation and kills their dog. This is the 2nd time we've received bad information at this location. No wonder it has such a low rating.
