The brown skin dark long hair young girl at the front desk was trash! She didn’t want to be there, she didn’t want to do her job, Ashe looked fir every reason why she couldn’t help me, I got there at 2:50pm, the clinic closes at 4 pm and she said no more appointments available, however young yt girl in front online hit taken in and was accepted but me right after her, I walk up and they’re aren’t anymore appointments available.. so I had to ask if there was so they location that had availability, she like yes, I ask if she can see which location, she huffing and puffing like she didn’t want to help, I had to probe her for options to be seen today, I’m in pain with a infection and she could care less about trying to help me get seen. Thank god I found an urgent care right cross the street and and will never do business this clinic again, yal need new employees!

Called ahead of time to make sure I was able to come in they told me yes once I got there was told No that I need an appointment and then she said after lunch 2:15 I was okay I’ll wait then I was told by the girl in the front desk after 4:30 maybe
- HBHeather BreckeOct 8, 20251.0The care is fine the billing is NOT. Didn’t submit a claim to my insurance even though they took my insurance card and made a copy at check in. Sent a bill to collections before 60 days saying they didn't have verified address even though they sent other statements to my current address, made a copy of my driver’s license at check-in, my address hasn't changed for TWENTY years and didn’t try to contact me by phone or email (both of which they verified with me). Bad, bad.
