I see the reviews with some long lines and wait times but today must have been lucky for us. We had a faxed RX we were waiting on, and they asked us to check back as it was not there yet. we followed up in about 5 min, and they did receive them and would get to work on them since we were waiting, we got a few grocery items and checked out. By the time we got back they just needed a final Pharmacist review, and we could be on our way. Very fast and friendly service the whole way. Thanks Team, Great work today

Vet called in pet prescription and told the person answering in the pharmacy it was for a PET. The drug is carprofen. The person at the pharmacy says: we can't get that, we can give you ibuprofen instead. Ummmm, no - ibuprofen will KILL a dog, that's why carprofen was ordered. If you work in a pharmacy, DON'T GUESS. Ask the caller or the pharmacist in case the owner isn't aware and takes the recommendation and kills their dog. This is the 2nd time we've received bad information at this location. No wonder it has such a low rating.

It is true that the lines are super long and they lack enough associates to handle the demand. To make things worst, they close for lunch. Again, lack of enough associates. Yet, Daniel and Eddie have always been professional, going out if their way to help me with communicating with my doctor for refills, and trying to get me the best price possible for my prescriptions. I think this is a regional manager problem. Not the associates. Can you hire more people?? Obviously its a busy pharmacy.

I feel bad for the Pharmacy staff and pharmacists that are there as they are very shortstaffed. However, being three days behind on all prescriptions can cause significant health implications For medical patients. Also having to wait to talk to somebody even though you've already done the online phone process for your prescription to never Receive a message, zero communication and no prescription being ready is astounding. I have been Using this Pharmacy for about 12 years because it's closest to my house, but the last three or four years has been terrible. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone that Is on a reoccurring medication and has a recurring prescription as it will never be ready on time. There is also a lot of misinformation that is given to customers about their prescriptions due to Not enough staff nor training. If you need your prescription in a timely manner and don't want to fuss every month With your pharmacy, I suggest you go elsewhere.
