I feel bad for the Pharmacy staff and pharmacists that are there as they are very shortstaffed. However, being three days behind on all prescriptions can cause significant health implications For medical patients. Also having to wait to talk to somebody even though you've already done the online phone process for your prescription to never Receive a message, zero communication and no prescription being ready is astounding. I have been Using this Pharmacy for about 12 years because it's closest to my house, but the last three or four years has been terrible. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone that Is on a reoccurring medication and has a recurring prescription as it will never be ready on time. There is also a lot of misinformation that is given to customers about their prescriptions due to Not enough staff nor training. If you need your prescription in a timely manner and don't want to fuss every month With your pharmacy, I suggest you go elsewhere.

We've been using Frys on Watson for pharmacy needs since 2021, and havent had any issues. The pharmacists have caught errors on scripts, are always knowledgeable, and friendly, and the staff have always been very helpful. Sometimes, there's a wait if we go during a busy time, but that's anywhere these days.

When I started getting my prescriptions filled here a year ago it was great. I had left Walgreens because I would get a message that my prescriptions were ready and when I would get to the store they wouldn't be ready and I would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes before I got them. Sometimes they would say 1 to 2 hrs. So anyways now I am at Frys. The last 6 to 9 mos has been horrible. My prescriptions are sent in and I will wait for them to send message that they are ready after so many hours I will call and they will say they will be ready in 45 mins I wait an hour and a half and fo to the pharmacy only to find out they are still working on them. I will again be told it will be 30 to 45 mins so I have to leave and come back. A few times even after that I will get there and they are still not ready. So this time my dr sent my prescriptions in on the 9th of July. When I checked online it was saying they were in progress on the 11th I called and they said they were working on them. And that it will post when they are ready. So it's the 15th and I just went to the pharmacy and they said they were working on them. I told her you guys have been working on them for 7 days. She looked it up like I was lying and then told me they would be ready in 30 mins. So now I am waiting 30 mins in my car because I brought my dog and I cannot leave him in the car because it is over 100 degrees outside. I hope they are ready when I go there. Most of the people who work there are very nice and I feel bad because they are getting yelled at because people are going in expecting to pick up their prescriptions and they are not ready. If your business has picked up and you are getting more prescriptions you should probably hire more people. Or lose the customers you have. I guess the choice is up to the company. It's to bad they can't be there to get the angry customers complaining to them.

This is the second Fry's Pharmacy I have used and same issues. Not sure why there even is an app and a process to order through it when I still have to call numerous times to get anything filled. Even my doctor go frustrated with them because they did not or could not fill a prescription. All of my prescriptions are on auto-refill, which means, never refill. Then when you show up after the prescription was supposed to be filled three days ago, they say, "oh! can you come back later?" After learning to refuse, they now make you wait 20 minutes. Crazy, because I see all these prescriptions hanging and waiting wondering how those ever got filled. I started to wonder if it was just me, but then I have been behind others complaining about the same thing. I know there is a new one opening soon here in Buckeye, but this happened at the one Goodyear too. Thinking this is a Fry's thing.
