She didn’t even want to look at me for fear of catching covid, because if will ruin her holiday plans. She had no compasión and went on to say don’t even start crying because everyone has been doing that.

From start to finish they both gave me so much reassurance that I was going to be cared for.... genuinely cared for. I was swabbed early today at Banner Urgent Care symptoms being sore throat, ear pain and headache. Lady come in and says your negative for strep take some Zyrtec but if pain in your throat persists come back. Mind you the young girl that swabbed me literally tickled my cheek. Did not go anywhere near my tonsils. I say this to say I'm so grateful for these ladies and my right to get a second opinion because I indeed have Strep Throat. I was even given the opportunity to rule out Covid and The Flu. Complete Angels Julia and the sweet gal at registration. They always seem to betake more time and go through things in great detail. I always get a follow up call. Every time I have been seen by someone faster than when I had an actual appointment with my family doctor. Was so happy when I found out they take my insurance. Would I recommend them to anyone? I have and will continue to do so.
