Both nurses I appreciate you guys very much!! Sorry didn’t get the names down but on this date of “feedback” was when I came in for care. I will recommend anyone to you guys for healthcare need.

- JPJeremy PinedaDec 5, 20201.0Terrible service. Showed up for my 3:45pm COVID test at 3:30pm and park in the designated parking area as instructed and call the number to let them know I am here. Lady answers with an attitude and says to call back at my appointment time. I call back at my appointment time with no answer. I call the number on sign and in my email confirmation for 25 minutes with no answer. Finally go inside and wait another 10 minutes before lady is back at the desk. She asks my phone number and says that they will call me when it’s my turn and to be patient in my car. I go back out and wait and wait and wait. I check their hours and see that they close at 5pm. I wait it out and never received a phone call. Why schedule an appointment if I can’t be helped? This is a terrible place to go and I would recommend seeing someone that will actually see you during your appointment.
