After a stocking mix-up, he took the time to personally call another location and make sure my prescription was filled over the phone. Being a single mother, sick myself, and caring for a sick kiddo made the situation especially rough, and I had already been up since 6 a.m. dealing with issues at another pharmacy. Emilio’s kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difficult day so much easier. He turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for his outstanding customer service.

I made a mistake and had my mom’s meds sent to another store, I had my two who are under two, I was tired and sweaty from running around with them and from the time to price, he was so transparent and helpful with straightening the situation out. Give that lovely man a raise! That’s what good customer service is all about because most pharmacists don’t even bother!
