  My experience with ACES has been very disappointing and frustrating to say the least. On 11/1/24 my son had a session from 11am to 3pm and I showed up and no one was there. Prior to his session I messaged the supervisor Maia Jones to confirm that the BI would be there and she confirmed and when I arrived Megan his BI I was not there and I wasted my time driving there but most of all my son is at a disservice because now he doesn’t get the therapy he needs. This has happened several times not only in clinic but also in home sessions. There is a very high turnover rate at this clinic my son has had over 10 BI’s since he started a year and half ago because they can’t keep their staff. It’s ridiculous these employees are working with autistic children who need consistency. I don’t understand how this clinic is still allowed to operate. My son only has one session a week for 4 hours and they can not consistently staff him. This is a disservice to my son most of all which is very upsetting for me as a mother who is just trying to get her son help it’s caused a lot of stress on our family

  Kids are not treated good here please don’t not take them here. Your kids behind those door are getting mistreated and they don’t care about your kids, it’s sad. This place needs to get close down and have cameras of the teachers inside the rooms to show the parents what’s really going on here. Do not trust this place or leave ur kids here! I was a previous employee here and I stopped working here because of everything I would see here.

  We received parent training at ACES and loved it. My son made a lot of progress during our time with them. They were organized, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us. I would highly recommend!
