- MSMichael SchrammApr 6, 20261.0Think twice before having your prescriptions filled here! If you have a prescription that needs a pre-authorization and you have insurance they will not let you cash pay while you wait for a pre-authorization! That means unless the insurance is used for your prescription you cannot get your medication! My medication is not a prescription that you can just skip taking and they refuse to fill mine because of a pre-auth! I had to move my prescription to Walgreens to get it filled.

Ive used frys pharmacy for 10 years and recently they lost me as a customer be ause they failed to tell me my prescription is no longer covered by my insurance. I checked on it 3 times and not one person told me there was a problem. According to them "we just dont have it ready". Over a week in and When I have 2 days left, they tell me and tried to switch it with another and have the doctor change it. Nope sorry I dont take medical advice from people who cant even tell me there's was something wrong. Sorry will not be going back.

- VCV CJan 30, 20261.0Won’t answer the phone for nobody just sticks them on hold. I just want to know if they filled my prescriptions. And when I finally get somebody on the phone, I get this really stick up of an attitude, woman who’s basically just like done with her day and doesn’t want to do anything else. Only time I ever using this place. (Lady has like long grey hair and theirs a lady in a hair bun)
