I usually shop at Safeway, but at times I’m forced to shop at Fry’s because Safeway is out of stock. This is the second week that I’m forced to shop at Fry’s because your store purchaser still hasn’t stocked 3 products that I wanted to buy. It’s not that hard to keep a store stocked, but your purchaser doesn’t have that much intelligence.

I have used this pharmacy for years. They have always give me great timely service over the last 6 months or so idk if they dont care or what it is my scripts are taking days to fills. I called in my 2 script a week ago because I knew I was getting low giving them plenty of time. I am a epileptic and if I dont get my meds bad things happen. I get the text only one gets filled what???? No record of the other one so I call again i need the other one now asap. Because now im really low. Come in the next day to pick up both no text. Because the last time I had to pick up my pills 3 months ago I never got a text after like 5 days they were "in fill" and I had to wait for them to be filled. Probably going to switch to Walgreens across the street.

Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. I was never called that my script was ready and its a life or death script. I show up at 6:57 and younger female pharmacy tech was closing gate when I said I needed my prescription urgently and its not 7pm yet how are you closing? She simply replied, I already shut down all systems can't help you come back tomorrow. I told her that my meds are a matter of life and death and im out, ill end up in hospital tonight if I dont get them and its not even 7 what do you mean closed. Again she simply said, yep closed can't help you (as her coworker looked on in disbelief to what she was telling me. ) This younger irresponsible pharmacy member has no business working in this position if she closes early and plain out doesn't give a shit. I will never give this location or any safeway my business again and discourage all other to use this store for anything. Its always dirty, under stocked, and pretty crappy all around.
