Checked in for the tanning bed, went into room 9, waited 15 minutes, the employee never set the time, called from the room, they had to call her to get it set, said she forgot, then waited another 10 minutes for it to come on. 3. Went in to downgrade my membership, the lady printed the paper, wrote my phone number, said the manager gets in at 1:30pm amd it should reflect within 2 days. August 6th, prior to billing. I waited a week, got charged full black card prices, called again, said the manager would give me a call and also take care of the billing issue. No call, called 3 more times, left 3 more messages, no answer. I ended up canceling on the website account. Hopefully I dont get charged again and I will definitely not be going back.
