Ive used frys pharmacy for 10 years and recently they lost me as a customer be ause they failed to tell me my prescription is no longer covered by my insurance. I checked on it 3 times and not one person told me there was a problem. According to them "we just dont have it ready". Over a week in and When I have 2 days left, they tell me and tried to switch it with another and have the doctor change it. Nope sorry I dont take medical advice from people who cant even tell me there's was something wrong. Sorry will not be going back.

And when I finally get somebody on the phone, I get this really stick up of an attitude, woman who’s basically just like done with her day and doesn’t want to do anything else. Only time I ever using this place. (Lady has like long grey hair and theirs a lady in a hair bun)

In a profession where caring about people's health matters. However, Mary is the best and I see her name as positive in reviews. Coach your employees, teach them to be courteous.
