  I went in to get vitamin packs and hydration packs. Nate is great! He was helping carry out another customer’s purchase when I got there. He assisted me in finding what I needed and then saved me $30.00 on my total purchase. Thank you, Nate

  If I could give it a zero stars I would. First off when you call, you have to call 3 or 4 times before they were answer the phone. Called on Christmas Eve morning when they were open (Took me 3 tries until they eventually called back). I had a pick up order and I didn’t know if I was going to be able to make it that day so I simply asked if they could hold it until Friday (the day after Christmas). The lady was super rude and said there was not much she could do on her end. I said “ I’m assuming you guys are closed on Christmas Day?” Because my last day for pick up was on Christmas. She blew up on me saying she only has two days off, Thanksgiving and Christmas and that yes they will not be in the store and I cannot come pick up my order. I said I understand I would just like to pick up my order and it not be returned. When we ended the conversation she said she would make a note for pick up on Friday. Later in the day on Christmas Eve, I was able to come in from my in-laws (45 minutes away). Online it said they were closing at 5 PM so I left knowing I was going to cut it pretty tight. I called 8 times on my way up there, no joke, before I received a call back. I asked if they were still going to be open until 5 PM and the lady was super rude again and said Yes, they were open until 5 but she was not going to be here a minute after. I said I understand, I will be there at 4:56 according to my maps. I get there at 4:56 and all the lights are off, the door is locked, and no one will answer the phone. So I left and drove another 45 minutes back empty-handed. I read some other recent reviews about how rude this lady was and I really think there should be some Intervening by upper management. Hopefully my order is there on Friday, but after that I will be taking my business anywhere else.

  On Sunday December 21st I came to the store and there was a sign that had “return at 3pm” came back at 3 and their sign said 4:20. Are you kidding me!! And then the lady who works there is very rude every-time I come to the store. But anyway you are losing a regular customer. This is ridiculous just a waste of time returning both times today.

  I go in for my 3rd time the owner I assume the lady working has sold me energy drinks before. And the first 2 times I didn’t get id, because who in the right mind actually makes a policy to be 18 to buy an energy drink. 3rd time I guess because I had shaved my beard she ids me and say I cannot sell to underagers. I obviously laugh because I’m pretty sure I’m not at a liquor store and she acts like I’ve said the most offfensive thing to her. If you are gonna enforce a policy do it every time, otherwise I’d probably fire hire, also because she’s rude
