  I am 70 years old and began my Pilates journey at the beginning of July 2025 with my daughter. We went to an intro class just to see if it was something we could do together. The instructor (Blanca) was so enthusiastic and encouraging that we signed up that very evening, and we haven’t looked back! We love everything about it! The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and fully engaged with every client throughout each 50+ minute session. For participants with physical limitations, they provide modifications to adapt to the individual’s body to allow for an effective, while safe, workout. Sessions are challenging in a good way. My physical strength has improved significantly, and my neurosurgeon said that my back is showing improvement that he would never expect to see in a 70 year old woman. I began this journey looking at Pilates as just another form of exercise, but now view it as an essential tool in building my strength, improving my balance, and aging successfully because I really do want to live - not just coast - until I die!

  This is the one workout that I have stuck with! The Springdale location has amazing instructors and no workout is ever the same twice. I love it!

  Best part of my day. The club is super supportive- they accommodate my on call schedule and are very forgiving when I am unable to make it to class, within reason. I was very hesitant to join- never being “athletic” in my life- and am so glad I joined… everyone has been supportive of my goals and my chronic headaches and neck pain have been resolved!!!

  I am new at Pilates, but I love it. I pray I can continue to do it for a long time. The Springdale studio is clean, and the instructors are so helpful and nice. I am learning and they are very patient with me. They explain to me how to do things correctly! I also have asked a lot of questions concerning the app and how to schedule, etc. The girls at the front desk are great! I appreciate them!
