We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were contacted the same week as the referral and were able to schedule an appointment for the following week, which was incredibly quick. The instructions beforehand were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process feel seamless. When we arrived, we were asked to complete imaging before the appointment. Even with a full waiting room, everything moved efficiently, and we were able to finish imaging and still make it to our appointment within the 15-minute early arrival window. As someone who has worked in hospitals, I was especially impressed by how clean and welcoming the facility was. Dr. Ylanan was outstanding. He took the time to speak directly to my daughter, which made her feel comfortable, heard, and truly included in her care. He was thorough in both his examination and his explanation, and made sure we understood what was happening and how to move forward. His approach was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely appreciated. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would highly recommend.

just waited 7 1/2 hours to be seen and finally had to leave. my kids were exhausted. each time we asked how much longer the answer kept changing. we decided here because it’s closer and it seems like it was an allergic reaction since it was spreading. but we will never be back. we waiting from about 6:30pm to 1:15am.

They drop you in a room then nothing for an hour or more still here ridiculous. ER should be evaluated on standard of care, all other hospitals in area do much better. I expect higher standards for children yet not in Arkansas.

We arrived on February 25th and were discharged on February 26th. This was by far one of the worst hospital experiences I have ever had. I was not there for the first half, but according to my brother and my fiancée, who took my son in, the first nurse was rude and seemed bothered when they asked questions. Once I arrived, the emergency room doctor was honest about the possibility of staying overnight, but he seemed awkward and communication was lacking. We then stayed overnight, and for the first 12 hours the hospital did not offer or provide any food or juice for my son. We were also required to remain in the original room where they were checking his vitals. Terrible overnight experience.
