- KKKatelynOct 10, 20241.0BEWARE! I found Underhill to be very nice and professional. That's not true for this individual working in the office. They are listed in my insurance as in-network. At the time I scheduled appointment she informed me I would have to pay out of pocket, and my insurance would reimburse me. It wasn't until I paid she informed me they don't accept any insurance. Medicare wrote me a letter stating he was in-network. Now I can't get reimbursed. My theory is that they stay in these networks just to get clients only to mislead clients. She is rude and hateful.

I remember telling Doc, he was the closest thing to Jesus. LOL. I don't hesitate to go when I need to now. Very pleasant personality.
