- KSKylie StewartMar 23, 20265.0Dr. Palmer and Kim and the rest of his staff are amazing! So kind and caring and friendly. I work in HEMS and needed custom hearing protection that would provide adequate protection, unlike the cheap foam rolling ear plugs earplugs available. I fly in a Bell 407 which is a turbine helicopter that generates significant noise levels, measurements show 97–106 dBA and higher typical inside the cabin, even higher when outside under the rotor system. In addition to the testing, screening, and exam, Dr. Palmer fitted me for this ear pro that came back quickly and fits perfectly. There’s no portion that extends outside of the ear that would create a hotspot with my helmet. I can’t recommend Dr. Palmer and his staff enough! Definitely the friendliest clinic you will come across. Dr. Palmer truly listens and cares about the health of your hearing!
