  After having a prescription called in from the ER four hours earlier, I was told they hadn't even started on it, and it would take 20 minutes. I said I would wait (in the drive thru). After 10 minutes, I went inside to check and see if they had started working on the prescription, and was told by the pharmacist (in a very snide, catty tone) that they were 'working on it'. The pharmacy tech let it sip that they had yet to start filling it. I expressed my concern since my wife had just gotten out of surgery and was with me in the vehicle.. the pharmacist reiterated, now in a rude tone, that they were working on it. I will be happy to never fill a prescription here again even at a higher cost.

  Overall I find Kroger Pharmacy employees (most important) helpful and always ready with a smile! I wish I could say the same about their phone attendant. It is so frustrating that I have actually gotten into shouting matches. I just want to speak with a human! Arrrrgh, just press '0' if you ever find yourself in this situation. You will still be reminded, just one more time, that you could always handle things by using their automated system. Instead of speaking to a human. 🙄🫢🤔

  The folks at Kroger Pharmacy in Russellville have always been polite to me and generally have my medications ready early. I get a text message when they are ready. The only time I have a problem is when I forget that they close for lunch, which they are certainly entitled to. I was surprised to see the highly critical reviews here, so I am adding mine to say they have been great with me for years. They are small and able to give personal attention to me. They tell me when I'm due for flu or Covid shots and remind me when I need to refill a prescription. Great service all around.

  August 11, 2025, at 6 minutes til closing. Needed an antibiotic for my wife for a bad UTI. Only pharmacy open in town. The young man would not fill the prescription because there was not enough time till closing. I usually go to my local owned pharmacy but it was late and they were closed. Big brand named pharmacist doesn't care!!!!! GO TO THE HOME TOWN PHARMACY! KROGER pharmacist wants off on time!!!! They need to go work in the deli.

  They told me 20 min. drive over 35min later not ready told me 20 min again check 20 not ready again told 20 min again with a attitude went home they call next day said it's ready
